Policy Notes

Applies to approximately 10,000 support office staff. The policy is being implemented in phases: 1 day/week by June 2, 2025, 2 days/week by August 4, 2025, and 3 days/week by October 6, 2025. At least one of the mandatory in-office days must be a Monday or Friday. Rationale is to foster stronger in-person connections, increase responsiveness, and better serve customers.
