Wealthsimple operates as a remote-first workforce where output is prioritized over face time. Employees can choose their working style - fully remote, in-office at their downtown Toronto location, or a hybrid mix of both. Full-time employees have the flexibility to work internationally with the company's '90 Days Away' program. Onboarding includes provision of MacBook and role-specific equipment shipped to employees. Wellness credit provided from day one to cover home office essentials needed for a comfortable and productive workspace.
