Increased from 2 to 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday) in office, effective June 2025. CEO Dara Khosrowshahi stated the shift aims to increase performance, collaboration, creativity, and velocity. He also mentioned that employees unhappy with the new policies are free to seek opportunities elsewhere. Some employee pushback has been reported. The company also changed sabbatical policy from 5 years to 8 years for a one-month paid sabbatical. Previously had a 2022 RTO policy requiring most employees to spend at least half their work time in the office, with Tuesday and Thursday as 'anchor days'.
