Policy Notes
All employees are required to work from the office five days a week starting March 2025. This represents a complete end to remote work for all employees, including those who were previously on hybrid schedules. Previously, managing directors and client-facing employees were already required to work five days a week since April 2023, while approximately 40% of the workforce was on a hybrid schedule (typically 3 days per week in office). CEO Jamie Dimon has been a strong supporter of in-person work. The policy change eliminates all hybrid work options for remaining staff.
