Atlassian's remote work policy is called 'Team Anywhere', which allows employees to work from home or the office. Employees must maintain residence in one of the 13 countries where the company has legal entities. Staff can work outside their designated home base for short periods each year. The company has adopted written and asynchronous communication for most communications while not completely giving up on meetings. All job vacancies are listed as remote with an associated office location. The policy represents a flexible, distributed work model that prioritizes location flexibility within legal constraints.
